Hayes Staff Recruitment has been providing a social care workforce to various establishments successfully since 1990.

Our clients include/have included; the London Borough of Hillingdon, Slough Borough Council, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Westminster, Hertfordshire, Watford and the surrounding areas, Mencap, Life Opportunities Trust, Abbeyfield Society and The National Autistic Society.

Our workforce consists of Day centre Officers, Residential Support Workers, Home Carers, Contact Workers, Escort drivers, ranging from the very experienced senior social care staff to probationers.

Hayes Staff was awarded ‘Investors in People’ (IIP) accreditation in September 2000 at our first attempt.

Our entire temporary workforce has received mandatory training in the following subjects:

  • Manual handling training
  • Epilepsy
  • 20 mandatory training via Social Care TV including; food hygiene, health and safety, safeguarding, first aid, mental capacity etc.
  • POCA
  • Feeder Pump training (outsourced by Abbott nutrition)
  • Suction Training

Many of our workforces have already gained a formal qualification in the social care sector including NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) in care at Level 2 & 3.
